Every year, Israel’s Health Ministry conducts a Patient Satisfaction survey among all the country’s hospitals.
The results for 2018, published in February 2019, show that once again, Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Centre has topped the table with a patient satisfaction score of 85%.
Expressing his delight that the hospital has been voted #1 in patient satisfaction for the 5th consecutive year, CEO Shlomo Rothschild said: “From the day we opened our doors, we have striven to offer a patient experience that is second to none. I want to give my thanks and congratulations to our entire staff for once more succeeding in fulfilling our goal.”
Mayanei Hayeshua is a rapidly-expanding community hospital in Bnei Brak that caters to the medical needs of a quarter of a million people in the greater Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan, Givataim and Givat Shmuel region.
In the last week of November 2019, Professor Rael Strous, the South African-born medical director of Mayanei Hayeshua’s Mental Health Centre, and professor of psychiatry at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medicine, was in London for a busy round of meetings and events organised by the British Friends of Mayanei Hayeshua.
